Welcome to Blueline Pressure Washing & Outdoor Services! My name is Jordan Caldwell. Before founding the premier exterior cleaning business in the Tri-Cities, I spent several years serving the community in a role that shaped my values of hard work, integrity, and dedication. The name “Blueline” reflects that commitment to service and the connections I’ve built along the way. During that time, I had the opportunity to assist friends who were venturing into business ownership. On my days off, I discovered a passion for entrepreneurship and saw the potential to create something of my own. With faith, prayer, and incredible support from those around me, I made the leap into the power-washing industry and have never looked back. I’ve had an absolute blast ever since (pun intended)!

Having called the Tri-Cities home since 2007, I deeply appreciate the value of a strong and supportive community. Growing up as an Army brat, I moved often before my family finally settled back here. This is where my parents grew up, and there’s truly no place I’d rather call home. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and together we’re raising our three kids with the same love for this area that brought us back here.
